We currently deliver exclusively within the United States. This allows us to guarantee reliable service and short delivery times. Any expansion into other countries will be communicated in advance.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please first check the tracking link you received by email. If your order has not arrived after more than 7 business days and your parcel has not arrived, please email us at info@fopli.com so that we can investigate and clarify this immediately.
If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email to info@fopli.com with a brief description and, if possible, a photo. We will either offer you a replacement or a refund.
